Amazing 1 month Transformation!

Elizabeth was running over 10 miles per week and lifting weights 4 days a week before she started with me.

First I put her on my customized Oscillating Macronutrient Eating Pattern.

 Next  I had her drop all her running and only had her lift weights 3 x per week.

In just 1 month her body fat % went from 24% down to 18% all while building muscle!
